Duties:
- To teach Animal Nutrition courses to undergraduate and/or graduate students.
- To develop and maintain links with relevant stakeholders in the livestock industry.
- To carry out research and be involved in community service.
Terms of service
Local candidates
Permanent and pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; Recruitment and Retention Allowance, Housing Allowance and Medical Aid.
Expatriate candidates
Two-year contract renewable, 25% gratuity at end of first contract, 27.5% gratuity for the second contract, and 30% gratuity for the third and subsequent contracts, plus 10% Inducement Allowance; travelling expenses paid on appointment and on normal termination for appointee, spouse and up to 5 children under 19 years of age; biennial leave.
